Vegetarian and vegan cuisine is one of our particular strengths. We offer varied dishes from our organic kitchen.
There is no restriction on enjoyment on holiday with us due too food intolerances.
We produce each of our dishes with dedication and hand-picked ingredients. In order to avoid us accidentally adding an ingredient against which you have an intolerance, simply tell us at the time of booking about any foods you cannot eat. Head Chef Otto Wandl, Chef Mirian Köhler and their team will conjure up allergen-free delicacies on your plate for the whole duration of your stay, delighting your palate.
As an organic hotel, all foods are important to us – that is our philosophy! Otto Wandl is a passionate cook and a few years ago he made the decision to remove conventional food from the kitchen plan. He switched completely to organic food, since then he has used only high-quality regional food and cooks completely fresh.
This has also led to the issue of food intolerance. Since we cook everything ourselves and freshly at Leutascherhof, it is easier for us to respond to the special needs of our guests. Whether a dish is prepared with normal or soy milk – we can arrange that individually with you.
