Tyrolean organic cuisine without any limitation on enjoyment

For us, green is more than just an on-trend colour. We firmly believe that a fresh, healthy diet and a conscious, sustainable lifestyle are much more than just a fad. For us, they are part of our everyday wellness routine. What does it taste like? Simply come and visit us.

Vegetarian and vegan cuisine is one of our particular strengths. We offer varied dishes from our organic kitchen.

Organic breakfast 07:30-10:00
Breakfasts like a king, as the vernacular goes. But we are not so sure whether there were many emperors who had such a good breakfast as our guests at the Leutascherhof. However, we are sure that you will start the day full of energy with the many fresh and tasty products of our long-standing organic partners. You can look forward to freshly baked bread from the Pichler bakery, free-range eggs, cheese, bacon and sausage from our local organic partners, various organic muesli, seasonal fruits, freshly ground grains, a variety of fruit and vegetable juices, fine Tyrolean organic farmer's butter, various types of honey and, of course, one of our guests' favourites: the homemade organic jams.
Organic lunchtime soup 12:00-14:00
Most of our guests enjoy nature during the day, do sports or relax in the wellness area. That's why we offer our hotel guests homemade soup for lunch and, of course, build up lots of anticipation for dinner In our À la carte restaurant, however, you will find numerous large and small organic delicacies for every appetite. Our à la carte restaurant opens its doors to you from 12:00 to 00:00 and from 14:00 to 00:00. The restaurant is closed on Tuesday afternoon.
Organic cake buffet 14:30-16:30
Enjoy the warm sun rays after an adventurous mountain tour on our terrace with a delicious piece of cake made from 100% organic ingredients.
Organic dinner 18:00-20:00
Finest regional ingredients, freshly harvested vegetables, homemade organic pasta – with dinner at Leutascherhof your belly will become your greatest admirer. In the summer we serve four courses, and in the winter months five seasonally inspired courses. You have the choice between three main courses and a vegetarian alternative as well as between a sweet dessert and the Leutascherhof cheese platter. Whatever you decide, you can't go wrong here.

Enjoy at ease

There is no restriction on enjoyment on holiday with us due too food intolerances. 
We produce each of our dishes with dedication and hand-picked ingredients. In order to avoid us accidentally adding an ingredient against which you have an intolerance, simply tell us at the time of booking about any foods you cannot eat. Head Chef Otto Wandl, Chef Mirian Köhler and their team will conjure up allergen-free delicacies on your plate for the whole duration of your stay, delighting your palate.

As an organic hotel, all foods are important to us – that is our philosophy! Otto Wandl is a passionate cook and a few years ago he made the decision to remove conventional food from the kitchen plan. He switched completely to organic food, since then he has used only high-quality regional food and cooks completely fresh.

This has also led to the issue of food intolerance. Since we cook everything ourselves and freshly at Leutascherhof, it is easier for us to respond to the special needs of our guests. Whether a dish is prepared with normal or soy milk – we can arrange that individually with you.

A “Grüne Haube” for our organic concept

The Grüne Haube is awarded to hotels that “set new ecological, health, culinary, social and ethical standards”. Since we have been dealing with these issues for many years, we think that it suits us very well and are very pleased that the jury of the Grünen Haube was of the same opinion. Here are some of the reasons why we were awarded:

  • All dishes are freshly prepared from organic ingredients.
  • Dairy products and eggs are only used in small quantities
  • Other wholegrain cereals are preferred to wheat
  • Regional and seasonal organic vegetables from the region
  • We do not make use of extract flours or convenience products (except organic wholemeal pasta)
