Our lived organic philosophy

at the Leutascherhof

We already bear the essence of our cooking in our name. As a member of the “BIO Hotels” group, for us organic not only means that all our ingredients come from certified agriculture and that we serve you freshly harvested produce directly from the farmer whenever possible. It also means that healthy and sustainable food tastes really good when we prepare it.

Juicy organic meat, seasonal fruit and vegetables, fresh herbs, baked goods straight from the oven, carefully selected wines and spirits – everything here is from controlled organic cultivation. You will notice at first bite that we often even exceed the strict quality guidelines of the Bio Austria organisation.

At a time when food is traded globally, the best organic quality can only be guaranteed if you know the producers personally. The regional organic partners of the Biohotel Leutascherhof are a supporting pillar of the hotel concept.

All products used on the Leutascherhof are 100% organic and are delivered to us daily by our local partner companies. They have enjoyed our trust for many years because they live out the organic philosophy and its strict guidelines with the same passion as we do. Here is a small selection:
