Our sauna area at the Leutascherhof, affectionately known as the ‘Wohlfühlalm’ (feel-good alpine hut), is a place to breathe deeply, let go and enjoy yourself. Spacious in design, with lots of wood, warm lighting and a magnificent panoramic view of the Leutasch mountains, it invites you to devote yourself entirely to your own well-being.

What you will find in our hotel with sauna in Austria:

  • Tyrolean Kraxenofen: A traditional hay steam seat oven, where gentle vapour enriched with organic hay has a targeted effect on the shoulders and back – ideal for loosening the muscles and promoting respiratory health.
  • Tyrolean Brechlbad: A rustic steam bath at a pleasant 60°C, which regenerates the respiratory tract and ensures deep well-being.
  • Salt stone sauna: At 90°C and pleasant humidity, natural Himalayan salt supports the cleansing and regeneration of the skin.
  • Finnish sauna: The classic sauna at 85°C with low humidity – ideal for stimulating the circulation, detoxifying and strengthening the immune system.
  • ‘Luis Trenker’ infrared cabin: With temperatures between 30 and 50°C, the heat penetrates deep into the muscle layers and supports regeneration after sporting activities.
  • Steam bath: At 40–55°C and high humidity (80–100%), it cleanses deep into the pores, promotes blood circulation in the skin and is beneficial for the respiratory tract.

Everyone is guaranteed to find the perfect setting for relaxing hours here. Afterwards, the sun terrace beckons: wrapped in a blanket, with a view of the peaks, the world comes to rest. Those who prefer peace and quiet will find a place to reflect and be themselves in the indoor and outdoor retreat areas.
