Our head chef Mirjan Köhler sums it up perfectly: ‘For us, the focus is on the product – just as it grew.’
No fuss, no drama. Just honest flavours and ingredients that deliver. All sourced from Tyrol and the surrounding region – meat exclusively from Tyrolean organic farmers, vegetables as fresh as the Leutasch morning.

The day starts with a breakfast that not only satisfies but also shines: fresh bread, homemade spreads, organic eggs from happy chickens.
At lunchtime, there's soup like in the old days – only better. Organic, of course.

And in the afternoon? That's when things get dangerously good. Our cake buffet with homemade strudels and tarts has already caused many a good intention to falter. Vegan or classic – the main thing is that it's heavenly.

Then in the evening, the grand finale: a choice of meat, vegetarian or vegan dishes – and always gluten- and lactose-free. For us, this is nothing special, just normal. Because good food is for everyone.
